Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees and prepare a muffin pan with liners or cooking spray.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, salt, and baking powder.
  3. Combine sugar and lime zest in a small bowl and rub together until fragrant, then add to the flour mixture.
