Instructions
- Mix the pancake ingredients in a large bowl and whisk until smooth, letting the batter rest for 10 minutes.
- Grease a skillet and heat it over medium-low heat until a drop of water sizzles on contact.
- Scoop ¼ cup of batter and pour it into the skillet.
- Cook until bubbles form in the center, then flip the pancake and cook for another 1-2 minutes.
- Repeat with the remaining batter, making about 3 pancakes in total.
- Serve warm with your choice of toppings.
