Instructions
- Spray a 6 qt or larger slow cooker with cooking spray and add ⅓ of the potatoes to the bottom, spreading them evenly.
- Sprinkle ⅓ of the pepper, garlic powder, onion, bacon, and cheese in that order over the potatoes.
- Repeat the layering process two more times.
- Mix the cream of chicken soup and milk together, then pour over the layered potatoes.
- Cover and cook on Low for 8 hours, or until the potatoes are fork tender.
- Serve hot.
