Instructions
- Clean and cut the squid into pieces, then rinse with cold water.
- Boil a pot of water and quickly blanch the squid for 5-10 seconds, then drain.
- Heat oil in a wok and add the roasted chili paste and Thai chilies, stir-frying until aromatic.
- Add the squid to the wok and stir to combine.
- Stir in the fish sauce and then add the basil leaves, cooking until wilted and the squid is fully cooked.
- Serve immediately with rice.
