Creamy Mac and Cheese

The sauce

evaporated milk

grated sharp cheddar cheese

Instructions
- 1. Boil salted water in a large saucepan and cook the pasta until al dente.
- 2. In a large sauté pan over medium heat, warm the evaporated milk until it starts to bubble.
- 3. Add the grated cheeses to the milk and stir until melted.
- 4. Reduce the heat to low and add all the seasonings, mixing until combined.
- 5. Turn off the heat and stir in the sour cream until well combined.
- 6. Drain the pasta and add it to the cheese sauce, stirring until all pasta is coated.
- 7. Serve hot, topped with optional parmesan cheese and cracked black pepper.
