Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and coat a baking dish with cooking spray.
- In a large bowl, combine milk, heavy cream, eggs, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, 3 cups of shredded cheddar cheese, and American cheese.
- Add the cooked macaroni noodles to the cheese mixture and toss to coat evenly.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and cover with foil.
- Bake for 25 minutes, then uncover and sprinkle the remaining cup of cheddar cheese on top.
- Bake for an additional 20 minutes.
- Let the dish cool for 10 minutes, then sprinkle with parsley and serve.
