Instructions
- Step 1: Coat the cubed chicken in cornstarch by shaking it in a ziplock bag.
- Step 2: Whisk together the sauce ingredients in a bowl and stir in cornstarch gradually.
- Step 3: Heat oil in a non-stick pan and stir-fry the chicken until crispy.
- Step 4: Sauté minced ginger and garlic, then add the onion and bell peppers until tender.
- Step 5: Return the chicken to the pan, drizzle with sauce, and cook until thickened.
