Blueberry Kale Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 2 cups frozen blueberries
  • cups almond milk
  • 1 handful fresh kale leaves, thick stems removed
  • 1 medium banana, peeled, sliced and frozen
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 2 teaspoons finely-chopped fresh ginger

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender.
  2. Pulse until smooth, adding extra almond milk if the smoothie is too thick.
  3. Serve immediately, garnished with extra chia seeds if desired.
