Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a pot and cook chicken with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper until browned.
- Remove chicken and set aside. In the same pot, add more olive oil and cook onions, carrots, and celery until soft.
- Add garlic and stir, then pour in chicken broth and return chicken to the pot.
- Add broken lasagna noodles and ensure they are submerged in the liquid. Cook under pressure for 5 minutes.
- Release steam, then add milk, heavy cream, cheeses, wine, and spinach. Stir until melted.
- Combine flour and water in a bowl, then add to the pot to thicken the soup.
