Instructions
- Prepare the pie crust according to the recipe through step 5.
- Peel and cut the peaches into 1-2 inch chunks, then combine with brown sugar, flour, lemon juice, and cinnamon in a bowl.
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (204°C).
- Roll out one disc of chilled pie dough to a 12-inch circle and place it into a 9-inch pie dish.
- Spoon the peach filling into the crust, leaving excess liquid behind.
- Trim excess dough and crimp the edges of the crust.
- In a medium bowl, combine brown sugar, cinnamon, and flour for the crumble topping, then stir in melted butter and walnuts.
- Sprinkle the crumble topping over the peach filling.
- Bake for 20 minutes, then reduce the temperature to 375°F (190°C) and bake for an additional 30-35 minutes.
- Allow the pie to cool for 3 hours before serving.
