Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the coleslaw mix and crumble the dry ramen noodles over it.
- Add the drained mandarin oranges, thawed edamame, chopped green onions, slivered almonds, and black sesame seeds to the bowl.
- In a separate small bowl, whisk together the rice vinegar, vegetable oil, soy sauce, sugar, sesame oil, and black pepper.
- Drizzle the dressing over the salad mixture and toss to combine.
- Refrigerate the salad for 1 hour to allow the flavors to meld before serving.
