Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- In a bowl, combine the eggs, vanilla liquid stevia, vanilla extract, sea salt, and apple cider vinegar.
- Beat the mixture while gradually adding the liquified coconut oil.
- Add the coconut sugar, xanthan gum, coconut flour, and shredded coconut, and beat again.
- Pour the mixture into a greased pie dish.
- Bake for about 32 minutes.
- Let it cool and serve at room temperature.
