Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (177°C) and prepare a 9-inch pie pan with parchment paper or grease it well.
- In a food processor, combine coconut flour, cold butter, Besti, and sea salt, and pulse until well mixed.
- Add the eggs and vanilla extract, then process again until a dough forms.
- Press the dough into the pie pan and poke holes in the bottom with a fork.
- Bake for 10-15 minutes until firm and lightly golden on the edges, then let it rest for at least 10 minutes before adding filling.
