Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350ºF and prepare a 9-inch pie plate.
- In a bowl, combine almond flour, tapioca starch, and salt, whisking well.
- Add melted coconut oil, maple syrup, and water, mixing until the dough is uniform.
- Shape the dough into a ball and place it between two pieces of parchment paper.
- Roll out the dough into a circle about 11 to 12 inches in diameter.
- Remove the top parchment paper and flip the crust into the pie plate using the bottom parchment.
- Press any broken edges together and smooth the crust.
- Bake the crust for 18 to 20 minutes until lightly golden.
- Let the crust cool before adding your desired filling.
