One Pot Chicken and Mushroom Orzo

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
- Trim excess skin from the chicken thighs and season both sides with salt, pepper, paprika, and onion powder. Sear the chicken skin-side down for 5 minutes, then flip and sear for an additional 3 minutes.
- Remove excess grease from the pan, then add butter, onions, garlic, and mushrooms. Cook until the onions are translucent.
- Add the orzo pasta and stir for 1 minute. Then add oregano, black pepper, salt, garlic powder, crushed red pepper, and thyme.
- Pour in chicken stock, white wine, and Worcestershire sauce, and mix well. Place the chicken thighs on top, cover, and bake for 15 minutes.
- Remove the chicken thighs, stir in whipping cream and parmesan cheese, then place the chicken back on top of the orzo before serving.
