Instructions
- Blend cold water and flour until smooth, then pour into a medium pot over medium heat.
- Add celery, mushrooms, chicken bouillon, and butter to the pot and bring to a boil.
- Cover and simmer until vegetables are soft, about 20 minutes.
- Remove celery and a cup of soup, blend until smooth, then return to the pot and simmer for a few more minutes.
