Instructions
- Season the short ribs with spices to coat them completely.
- Heat olive oil in a Dutch oven or large pot over medium-high heat.
- Sear the short ribs on each side until browned, then remove and set aside.
- Sauté the onions and garlic in the same pot until softened.
- Deglaze the pot with broth, scraping up any brown bits.
- Return the short ribs to the pot, cover, and reduce heat to low.
- Simmer for 2-3 hours until the meat is tender and falling off the bone.
