Cheesy Chicken and Stuffing Bake

Ingredients

The chicken

  • 8 oz thin boneless skinless chicken breast cutlets

The cheese and sauce

  • 6 slices 2% reduced fat Swiss cheese
  • ½ cup skim milk
  • 1 can Campbell’s 98% fat free cream of chicken soup (10.75 oz)

The stuffing

  • 6 oz chicken flavored stuffing mix
  • 4 tablespoons light butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and mist a 9x13 baking dish with cooking spray.
  2. Place the chicken breasts in a single layer in the baking dish and cover them with torn cheese slices.
  3. In a bowl, mix the milk and cream of chicken soup until combined, then pour it over the chicken.
  4. In another bowl, combine the stuffing mix with melted butter until coated, then sprinkle it over the chicken.
  5. Bake uncovered for 35-40 minutes.
