Crispy Cheddar Chicken with Cream Sauce

The sauce

can Campbell’s Healthy Request Cream of Chicken condensed soup

fat free sour cream

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F and prepare a baking dish.
- Coat chicken pieces in flour inside a zip-top bag.
- Mix egg whites and skim milk in a shallow dish.
- Combine cornflake crumbs, salt, pepper, onion powder, parsley, and cheddar in another dish.
- Dip chicken in egg mixture, then coat with crumb mixture and place in the baking dish.
- Spray chicken with cooking spray and cover with foil, then bake for 35 minutes.
- Remove foil and bake for an additional 10-12 minutes until crispy.
- While chicken bakes, heat cream of chicken soup, sour cream, and butter in a saucepan until warm.
- Serve sauce over chicken, with two pieces of chicken and three tablespoons of sauce per serving.
