The garlic cheese sauce

Instructions
- Cut the chicken into strips.
- Pulse the breadcrumbs and Parmesan in a blender or food processor until fine.
- Set up three shallow bowls with flour, beaten eggs, and the crumb mixture.
- Coat each chicken strip in flour, dip in egg, and roll in the crumb mixture.
- Heat oil in a large skillet until it sizzles with a drop of water.
- Fry the chicken strips in batches for 1-3 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
- Remove the chicken from the oil and drain on paper towels.
- For the cheese sauce, melt cream cheese in the microwave, then whisk in milk, garlic, and oil until smooth.
- Add shredded cheese to the sauce and heat until melted, adjusting consistency with more milk if needed.
