One Pot Chicken Alfredo

Instructions
- Season the chicken with salt and pepper.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat until shimmering.
- Add the chicken and cook until browned on one side, then flip and brown the other side.
- Reduce heat, add water, and cover to cook until the chicken reaches 165°F.
- Remove the chicken from the pan and let it rest before slicing thinly.
- In the same skillet, add milk, broth, and garlic, and bring to a simmer.
- Add the fettuccine and stir frequently for 3 minutes, then cook until al dente.
- Stir in heavy cream and Parmesan until smooth, then simmer until the sauce thickens.
- Season with salt and pepper, then stir in the sliced chicken and garnish with parsley.
