Instructions
- 1. Cut the chicken into small pieces and season with salt and pepper.
- 2. Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
- 3. Add the chicken to the hot oil and cook for about 3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- 4. Add the mashed garlic and sauté for 1 more minute.
- 5. Add the broccoli, onion powder, salt, pepper, parsley, Italian seasoning, flour, broth, milk, and pasta to the pan. Toss to combine.
- 6. Bring the mixture to a gentle boil, then reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 15 minutes.
- 7. Remove from heat and stir in the parmesan cheese.
- 8. Taste and adjust seasonings as needed, then serve and enjoy.
