Apple Butter Pecan Sticky Buns

Instructions
- Mix the yeast and lukewarm water in a mixer bowl.
- Add the eggs, honey, and melted butter, then mix until blended.
- Incorporate the flour and salt using a dough hook until mixed.
- Transfer the dough to another bowl, cover, and let it rise for two hours.
- Chill the dough for at least two hours before making the rolls.
- For the caramel topping, cream the butter, salt, and brown sugar until fluffy, then spread in a cake pan and add pecans.
- Cut a 1 ½ lb piece of brioche dough and shape into a ball.
- Roll the dough into a rectangle and spread the apple butter mixture over it.
- Roll the dough into a log and cut into 8 pieces.
- Place the pieces in the prepared pan and let rise for 1 hour.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F for about 40 minutes until golden brown.
- Turn out the rolls onto a platter and serve.
