Ingredients

Basic Keto Shake Base

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1-2 tablespoon almond butter
  • 2 tablespoon granulated sweetener
  • ½ cup ice

Flavor Variations

  • 2 tablespoon cocoa powder
  • ¼ avocado optional for chocolate shake
  • ¼ cup chocolate protein powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ¼ cup frozen cauliflower or cauliflower rice
  • ¼ cup vanilla protein powder
  • ¼ cup frozen strawberries
  • ¼ cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Add half of the almond milk to a blender.
  2. Include almond butter, sweetener, and ice.
  3. Add your chosen flavor ingredients.
  4. Pour in the remaining milk and blend until thick and creamy.
  5. For a thinner shake, add more milk.
