Ingredients

The shake

  • 4 oz full fat coconut cream or milk
  • 2 tbsp coconut MCT oil or melted coconut oil
  • 8 oz almond or unsweetened coconut drinking milk
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • dash sea salt
  • ½ tbsp creamy almond butter or sunflower seed butter

Optional sweeteners

  • berries
  • stevia leaf or xylitol
  • cinnamon
  • 1 small banana
  • maple syrup

Instructions

  1. Blend all ingredients together until smooth.
  2. For added protein, include 1-2 tablespoons of collagen or vegan protein powder if desired.
