  • 1 can Coconut milk (cold; use only cream and discard coconut water)
  • 1 cup Heavy cream
  • ΒΌ cup Besti Powdered Monk Fruit Allulose Blend
  • 2 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 2 cups Ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Blend all ingredients except ice for 20 seconds.
  2. Add ice cubes and pulse until the ice is just crushed.
