Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease a loaf pan.
- Mix the dry ingredients in a large bowl until well incorporated.
- In a separate bowl, beat the eggs and whisk in the melted coconut oil, apple cider vinegar, and coconut milk.
- Combine the wet and dry ingredients gently until a thick batter forms.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and spread evenly. Optionally, sprinkle raw sunflower seeds on top.
- Bake for 40 to 45 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let the bread cool on a wire rack, then slice and serve.
