Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and line an 8-inch by 4-inch loaf pan with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the almond flour, coconut flour, ground flaxseed, arrowroot flour, baking soda, and sea salt.
- In another bowl, whisk the eggs, melted coconut oil, apple cider vinegar, and honey together.
- Gradually combine the wet ingredients with the dry ingredients until well mixed.
- Stir in the dairy-free milk to achieve a smooth batter.
- Transfer the batter to the prepared loaf pan, spreading it evenly.
- Bake for 40 to 45 minutes until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring it to a cooling rack.
- Once cooled, slice the bread into pieces.
