Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • ¼ cup coconut flour
  • ¼ cup ground flaxseed
  • ¼ cup arrowroot flour (or tapioca flour)
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • ½ tsp sea salt
  • 4 large eggs
  • ¼ cup melted coconut oil
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp honey (optional)
  • ¼ cup unsweetened dairy-free milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and line an 8-inch by 4-inch loaf pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the almond flour, coconut flour, ground flaxseed, arrowroot flour, baking soda, and sea salt.
  3. In another bowl, whisk the eggs, melted coconut oil, apple cider vinegar, and honey together.
  4. Gradually combine the wet ingredients with the dry ingredients until well mixed.
  5. Stir in the dairy-free milk to achieve a smooth batter.
  6. Transfer the batter to the prepared loaf pan, spreading it evenly.
  7. Bake for 40 to 45 minutes until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
  8. Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring it to a cooling rack.
  9. Once cooled, slice the bread into pieces.
