Instructions
- Combine mango, honey, lime juice, and salt in a medium saucepan and bring to a gentle boil.
- Reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.

- Transfer to a bowl and refrigerate until thoroughly chilled, which can take a few hours or be expedited by freezing for 45 minutes.
- Mix the chilled mango mixture with the chilled yogurt.

- Serve immediately for a soft serve texture or freeze for several hours for a scoopable consistency.
