Ingredients

  • 2 whole ripe mangoes, peeled and diced
  • 5 tablespoons honey or agave nectar
  • 1 cup ice
  • 1 cup plain yogurt

Instructions

  1. Peel the mango skin, discard the seed, and cut the mangoes into small pieces.
  2. Combine all the ingredients in an electric mixer or blender.
  3. Blend well until the mangoes are completely smooth.
  4. Adjust the ingredients to taste, pour into glasses, and serve immediately.
