Ingredients

  • 1 each ripe mango
  • 1 cup natural Greek or coconut yoghurt
  • ½ cup ice cubes
  • 1 tablespoon Comvita’s Olive Leaf Extract
  • 1 teaspoon rice malt syrup
  • ¼ teaspoon ground cardamom

Instructions

  1. Cut the juicy flesh off the mango, leaving the stone in the middle and trimming away all the skin.
  2. Place the mango flesh and juice into a blender with the yoghurt, olive leaf extract, ice cubes, rice malt syrup, and cardamom if using.
  3. Blend until smooth.
  4. Serve immediately.
