Crispy Baked Chicken Wings with Thai Peanut Sauce

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F.
- Rinse the chicken with water and pat dry.
- In a large bowl, combine chicken wings with sesame oil, canola oil, salt, garlic powder, and ground black pepper, tossing to coat.
- Line two baking sheets with tin foil and place a wire rack on each baking sheet, arranging the wings on the racks.
- Bake the wings for 45-50 minutes, flipping them halfway through.
- In a medium bowl, combine peanut butter, hot water, fresh cilantro, chopped peanuts, rice wine vinegar, lime juice, tamari sauce, garlic chili sauce, and fresh ginger, whisking until smooth.
- Once the chicken is done, place it in a large bowl and pour the peanut sauce over the wings, tossing to coat.
- Garnish with optional toppings and serve.
