Easy Thai Chicken Wings

Ingredients

The wings

  • 1 pound chicken wings drummettes
  • ½ cup flour
  • to taste McCormicks Grill Mates Chicken Seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons green onions, finely chopped
  • optional sesame seeds for garnish
  • cooking spray only needed for air frying

The marinade

  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
  • 1 teaspoon rice wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Sriracha
  • 1 teaspoon raw honey
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  2. Combine flour and chicken seasoning in a bowl.
  3. Pat the chicken wings dry and coat them in the seasoned flour.
  4. Line a sheet pan with parchment paper and place the wings on it.
  5. Bake the wings for 20 minutes, then flip them and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes.
  6. Remove the wings from the oven and glaze them with the Thai chili marinade.
  7. Return the wings to the oven and cook for 6-8 minutes until crispy and cooked through.
