Instructions
- Rub the chicken wings with garlic and cilantro.
- Add fish sauce, sweet chili sauce, and ground black pepper to the wings.
- Marinate the wings for at least two hours, preferably overnight.
- Preheat an outdoor grill.
- Cook the chicken wings in batches until both sides are golden brown.
- Serve immediately with lime wedges and Thai sweet chili sauce.
