Instructions
- Prepare the pizza dough according to the kit directions, adding olive oil and honey if desired.
- Knead the dough for 2-3 minutes, place in a lightly oiled bowl, cover, and let rise until doubled in size, about 30 minutes to 1 hour.
- Bring the dough to room temperature, then shape it on a pizza pan.
- Drain the mushrooms, reserving the oil, and drizzle half of it on the dough.
- Top the dough with shredded cheese, pieces of fresh mozzarella, and the mushrooms.
- Preheat the oven to 450°F and bake the pizza for 10-12 minutes until the crust is golden and cheese is bubbling.
- Remove the pizza and sprinkle with red chile flakes.
- Toss arugula with remaining olive oil, season, and add Parmesan cheese.
- Cut the pizza and top with the arugula salad before serving.
