Instructions
- Spread pastry flour on the counter and shape the pizza dough into a circle.
- Preheat a pan to medium heat, add olive oil and minced garlic, and cook for 1 minute before adding the mushrooms and black truffle sea salt; cook for 4 to 5 minutes and set aside.
- In the same pan, melt butter, add flour, and cook until it binds, then stir in heavy cream, parmesan cheese, paprika, black pepper, and black truffle sauce; cook for a few minutes.
- Spread the sauce over the pizza dough, leaving the edges uncovered.
- Slice the Fontina cheese and layer it over the sauce, followed by the cooked mushrooms, then sprinkle shredded mozzarella and remaining mushrooms on top.
- Drizzle parsley flakes and black truffle oil over the pizza.
- Preheat the oven to 400°F and bake the pizza for 18 minutes.
