Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper and olive oil spray.
- Remove the dark gills from the mushrooms and discard them.
- Place the mushrooms stem side up on the baking sheet, spray with olive oil, and sprinkle with sea salt.
- Top each mushroom with 1½ tablespoons of sauce, followed by 3 tablespoons of mozzarella and 4 slices of pepperoni.
- Bake for 20 to 25 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and the mushrooms are soft.
