Instructions
- Prepare the (Not) Sun Dried Tomato Sauce by heating olive oil, garlic, herbs, salt, and pepper in a skillet for a few minutes.
- Add tomato paste and honey to the skillet, stir, and cook until the mixture darkens slightly.
- Clean and slice the portobello mushroom, then sauté in olive oil with salt and pepper until softened.
- Preheat the oven to 500ºF and stretch the pizza dough to fit the pan.
- Spread the sauce over the dough, then top with mozzarella, cooked mushrooms, and feta.
- Bake for 7-10 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and slightly browned.
- Optionally, add chopped parsley before slicing the pizza into pieces and serving.
