Instructions

  2. Roll the dough into a circle and place it on a pizza pan, allowing it to rest for 20 minutes.
  3. Chop the portobello mushrooms into long, thin slices, deciding whether to leave the gills in or not.
  4. Spread pesto over the pizza dough.
  5. Top with portobello slices and roasted red peppers, then sprinkle with cheese.
  6. Bake at 425°F for 10-15 minutes, checking periodically until done.
