Pesto Pizza

roasted cherry tomatoes or sun-dried tomatoes

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 500°F.
- Dust a baking sheet with cornmeal and stretch the pizza dough into a large oval.
- Poke holes all over the dough with a fork and bake for 5 minutes.
- Remove the crust from the oven and brush with 2 tablespoons of pesto.
- Top with mozzarella and tomatoes, then bake for another 6 to 8 minutes until browned.
- Add more dollops of pesto, fresh basil, and red pepper flakes before slicing and serving.
