Ingredients

Pizza Dough

  • 1 recipe pizza dough

Margherita Pizza Toppings

  • ½ cup pizza sauce
  • 8 ounces fresh bocconcini mozzarella
  • ½ cup sliced cherry tomatoes
  • 10 pieces fresh basil leaves
  • to taste red pepper flakes
  • to drizzle tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil

Peach & Basil Pizza Toppings

  • 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
  • ½ clove garlic
  • 8 ounces fresh bocconcini mozzarella
  • 2 pieces ripe peaches
  • 3 tablespoons pesto
  • 10 pieces fresh basil leaves
  • to taste red pepper flakes

Roasted Red Pepper Pesto Pizza Toppings

  • cups grated smoked mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup sliced roasted red peppers
  • ½ cup fresh mint leaves
  • to taste red pepper flakes
  • pesto for spreading & dolloping

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 500°F.
  2. For Margherita Pizza, spread the pizza sauce on the dough, top with mozzarella and tomatoes, and bake for 10 to 12 minutes until browned. Add basil, red pepper flakes, and drizzle with olive oil before serving.
  3. For Peach & Basil Pizza, mix olive oil and garlic, brush onto the dough, add mozzarella and peaches, and bake for 10 to 12 minutes. Top with pesto, basil, and red pepper flakes before serving.
  4. For Roasted Red Pepper Pesto Pizza, spread pesto on the dough, add cheese and roasted red peppers, and bake for 10 to 12 minutes. Top with more pesto, mint leaves, and red pepper flakes before serving.
