Margherita Pizza

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 550 degrees and place a pizza stone inside to rest for 45-60 minutes.
- In a medium saucepan, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté garlic until fragrant.
- Add the crushed tomatoes and salt, bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer until thickened.
- Divide the dough into two equal portions and stretch each into an oval shape.
- On a floured pizza peel, spread about ½ cup of sauce on one crust and sprinkle with half the mozzarella.
- Carefully slide the pizza onto the preheated stone and bake until golden brown and cheese is melted.
- Repeat with the second crust, then sprinkle both pizzas with fresh basil and serve immediately.
