Instructions
- Process the warm water, olive oil, yeast, and honey in a food processor, then add flour and salt, pulsing until the dough forms a ball.
- Place the dough in a bowl coated with cooking spray, cover, and chill for 2 hours.
- Roll the dough on a floured surface into a circle for the pizzas.
- Sprinkle flour and cornmeal on a cutting board or pizza peel, then place the dough on it and layer with marinara sauce.
- Add fresh mozzarella on top of the sauce.
- Set the Green Mountain Grill to Pizza Oven mode at 225°F, then slide the pizza into the oven.
- Cook for 4-8 minutes, turning once until the cheese bubbles and the pizza browns.
- Garnish with fresh basil before serving.
