Grilled Margherita Pizza

Pizza Toppings

pizza or marinara sauce

tomato, thinly sliced

fresh, high moisture mozzarella, sliced

basil, added at end
Instructions
- Combine warm water, olive oil, yeast, and honey in a food processor.
- Add flour and salt, pulse until dough forms a ball.
- Place dough in a bowl coated with cooking spray, cover, and chill for 2 hours.
- Roll the dough on a floured surface; cut into approximately 6 portions.
- Prepare the grill for direct and indirect cooking zones at about 400+ degrees.
- Coat grill grates with nonstick spray or olive oil.
- Place dough on the indirect side and grill until char marks form, about 4 minutes.
- Flip the dough, add sauce and toppings, and grill until cheese melts.
