Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F.
- Place cherry tomatoes on a baking sheet, season with olive oil, salt, and pepper, and roast for 20 minutes.
- Season the chicken breast with salt and pepper, grill for 5-7 minutes on each side until cooked through.
- Remove chicken from the grill, let it rest, then slice thinly.
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- On a baking sheet, place the naan flatbreads and evenly spread olive oil, minced garlic, mozzarella cheese, sliced chicken, and roasted tomatoes on top.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes until the cheese is melted.
- Remove from the oven and sprinkle chopped basil over the pizzas before serving.
