Grilled Chicken Parmesan

Instructions
- Brush the chicken with avocado oil and season with the salt, Italian seasoning, and black pepper.
- Let the chicken sit at room temperature for an hour or refrigerate overnight.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Grill the chicken for 3 minutes on each side.
- Spread marinara sauce over each piece of chicken and top with mozzarella slices.
- Cover and cook until the cheese melts and the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 160°F.
- Remove from the grill, top with grated parmesan, and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
- Serve with remaining marinara on the side.
