Healthy Chicken Parmesan

Primal Kitchen Tomato Basil Marinara Sauce

shredded mozzarella cheese

shredded Parmesan cheese

fresh basil, thinly sliced
Instructions
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add the oil.
- In a shallow bowl, mix flour, salt, garlic powder, and pepper. Coat each piece of chicken in the flour mixture.
- Place the chicken in the skillet and mist lightly with cooking spray. Cook for 4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Pour the marinara sauce around the chicken and lift the chicken slightly to allow sauce underneath.
- Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses over the chicken. Cover and cook for 5 minutes until the sauce is hot and chicken is cooked through.
- Remove from heat, sprinkle with fresh basil, and serve over spaghetti squash or pasta.
