Instructions
- Prepare the dough by processing the first four ingredients, then add flour and salt, pulsing until a ball forms.
- Place the dough in a bowl coated with cooking spray, cover, and chill for 2 hours.
- Roll the dough onto a floured surface, dividing it into approximately 6 equal portions.
- Set up your grill for indirect cooking, ensuring it reaches about 500-600 degrees.
- Coat the grill grates with nonstick spray or olive oil to prevent sticking.
- Place the dough on the indirect side of the grill and cook until char marks form (about 4 minutes).
- Flip the dough, add toppings, and cook until the cheese is melted and the pizza is ready.
