Easy Margherita Pizza

The sauce

canned san marzano tomatoes

Instructions
- Combine flour, baking powder, and salt in a bowl and whisk together.
- Add yogurt and mix until well combined; the mixture will look crumbly.
- Knead the dough on a floured surface until it is tacky but not sticky.
- Preheat the oven to 450°F and prepare a pizza stone or pan.
- Roll out the dough into a thin round and place it on the prepared dish.
- Spread the sauce over the crust and top with mozzarella cheese.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and the crust is golden.
- Remove from the oven, add fresh basil and drizzle with olive oil if desired.
- Slice the pizza into 8 pieces and serve.
