Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F.
- Place portobello mushrooms bottom side up on a baking sheet.
- Brush each portobello mushroom with olive oil.
- Sprinkle minced garlic on each mushroom.
- Add two slices of mozzarella on each mushroom.
- Distribute cherry tomatoes evenly on the mushrooms and add a pinch of salt.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until cheese is melted.
- Remove from oven and sprinkle with basil before serving.
